“Objects” is used and consumed in the society with different styles, shapes and functions. It forms a varied world. It exists and is transformed into our daily life everyday and everywhere. Observing objects, I can see people’s lives. I re-create objects through observing objects. I view these objects as recorders. It visualizes experience, records my hand’s movement and in the act of making, it collects the trace of my creative input. “Swimming pool” is a recorder of this summer.

不同款式、外型和功能的「物品」在社會裏不停被使用和消費，因此它們構成了多樣的世界。這種由物件產生的「緣份」存在於大家的日常生活中，何時何地也不斷地發生演變，沒完沒了。觀看「物品」，使我們看見人的生活。本人透過「觀物」而重新「造物」，這些被造之物是一個記錄儀。它能呈現個人經歷、記錄手作過程和搜集心的痕跡。《游泳池》便是這個夏季的記錄儀。
